When you send us a message or propose an event, we collect the details you type into the form.

We use your details to save your spot, send your confirmation, share the sign-up list with the organizer running your event and reply to your messages.

We never sell your information and we never use it for advertising.

We send a confirmation email when you sign up for an event. Our emails may include open and click tracking, which tells us whether a message arrived and was read so we can fix delivery problems.

You can reply to any of our emails to reach a real person.

We count visits to this site with privacy-friendly statistics that use no cookies and do not identify you personally. They only tell us things like which pages are popular.

We keep sign-up details for as long as they help us run events and keep in touch about them, and we delete them sooner whenever you ask.
